Catherine has Just taken all the stress out of booking our first family holiday abroad. I was very anxious as we will be taking our autistic daughters abroad for the first time. Catherine was knowledgeable about airport assistance and help .c the Disneyland Paris parks. She arranged flights, car hire, Disney and Eurocamp in a very patient way and made really helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend ⭐ Thank you

Absolutely recommend! Catherine was very patient with me whilst I asked a million questions and changed my mind 10 times about what I wanted. I booked Ruka with her for 2026 and she gave me lots of great advice on excursions and was very knowledgeable about the area and gave me lots of tips! i will 100% book with her again in the future. I contacted phoenix rising travel this morning sending over the hotel I was looking at and the cheapest I had found it for to see if i could save any money before I booked through tui. I was worried about reaching out for help as I feel may feel pressured into booking but really didn't need to be. Catherine was really helpful and gave loads of advice and tips without being pushy especially around Disneyland with a neurodiversity child. We didn't end up booking with her in the end, but she offered alternatives to meet our needs which is above and beyond what was expected. She is still answering my questions and I would not hesitate in the future to reach out again for help.

We spotted a few posts on Phoenix Rising Travel advertising Disneyland Paris which made us start thinking about going. I messaged Catherine to see if she had any good offers and within an hour she had found us great flights and a fun hotel all for a fab price. Catherine was really helpful looking at different ways of doing our trip and saved us loads of money doing it through her. She also gave us loads of top tips along the way and is really helpful and responsive. Can't thank Catherine enough. I posted looking fora dvice on a page and she offered to help me choose my perfect holiday. She recommended a different hotel id not even come across. The hotel looks amazing and we can't wait to get there and see what it's like. Catherine was chatting with me all day about best options for all people in my party. When we finally decided on the perfect hotel that would have something for every one going. Catherine did her best to find me the best price she could and she certainly did amazing. After me looking over and over at different sites Catherine got me my holiday significantly cheaper than ANY other id seen. She also advised me that we can have special assistance due to my daughter's needs, that we were not aware of. All in all 10/10 for her services and will 100% be booking again in the future.
